Well I don't think every pokemon they had will have been hacked. But he got caught trading a hack he reckoned he caught himself. So yeah, he does hack.

No, just after the "argument" with him, I thought he had put on such a facade, pretending to be decent while it all being an act. So he's a deceitful schemer. And Poke-A-Breeder got found trading hacks by Troggy, so I thought I'd add them aswell. :]
