    Oh, that's great, yeah! Gosh, I'm relieved they're that infrequent, and it's really good that you can bounce back so quickly. My emotional processes take so much longer; I can spiral into depression easily but getting out of it is a long process and has never actually happened without something else happening and breaking the cycle.
