  • It's alright, everyone has their busy times X)

Yeah, in high school, I had smaller homeroom classes - not many students take science classes in high schools in relative to humanities - so it was a surprise seeing classes as big as eighty-something after coming to college. They were mandatory courses though, so I guess professors removed that limit. For some classes, they put a limit for the applications from the start. Like for lab classes, they do not accept more than forty students.

LOL, that's a fun point xD

I don't think you asked me before, not that it matters much xD
I can't cook xD The only 'cooking' I can do is frying an egg. (Instant food like instant noodles don't really count...)
What kind of soup? I remember actually trying to prepare breakfast for family on Christmas a few years ago. In the end, mom just chose to join us, because...it was only then I realized making pancakes isn't as easy as it seemed -w-
Lol xD I hope you aren't too miffed about that!

Been traveling all day, but I'm finally home on break :)
That's not exactly great... Still, I'm glad it's not overnight. Thanks for telling me.

I think often parents can surprise us even if they seem flat out insensitive sometimes.

That's precisely it, the time for a response. So awkward. Ahhh... That's a shame, but an entirely understandable one. I'm very fortunate that my mum understands how important the internet can be to me; it's the only real expense I bring. I don't put the heating on, I don't eat much and I rarely add things to the shopping the way my sister freely does.

I would be the same. Honestly, sometimes I think living on benefits but volunteering for as long as possible might be more rewarding than working menial jobs that make me uncomfortable.

Oh, I am. I might have a few shameless/kooky posessions, but I'm certainly not cute or particularly interesting. >3<

    ^^" Goodness. <3
I was listening to the radio today and they interviewed an Aquabats-like Japanese punk band called Peelander-Z.

Here's their latest hit single "Ninja High Schooool".
I don't have nearly as many. My collection is slowly growing, though. I think the last CDs I bought were the Ghost album and a Radiohead live album.
I'm sorry, but I despise the vocalist's style. It completely ruins Joy Division for me. >_>

Yeah, CDs are something we can agree on. I love my iPod to death, though. I cant remember whether I got it for my birthday last year or Christmas the year before.
Meh, I prefer legal downloading. It makes me feel responsible.

I'm listening to their cover of "Ceremony" by Joy Division. I downloaded it before I even listened to it, because from what I've heard of Joy Division (including that song), their instrumentals are good, but I can't stand their vocals. So I knew Radiohead would make it absolutely incredible, and look at that, they did. :D
    /fangasm
I'm listening to the cover of "On the Beach" right now. Hey, it's free, I'mma download this. :B

All of this now reminds me of how douchey iTunes is being to me right now.
Indeed I do. I'm looking through which ones I want to download now. I knew I was grabbing "The Headmaster Ritual" right off the bat. :I
I think you'd find more comrades, I've seen people rant about phone calls in that 'Things you hate' thread. xD

Yeah, all of the classes in freshman year were crammed like that. Then from sophomore, some classes would have fewer students than that. When a professor told us that actually 20 is the ideal number, it honestly surprised me because I was used to big classes then.

Okay, I'll remember that. I'm used to referring to you as Fab due to your username xD
LOL, that's a funny nickname, you can call me by that if you want :p
Kakuna Matata likes to call me as Minnie, that is okay too.
That's fair enough. Honestly, I understand. I would've done the same. I'm glad your parents have understood, because I wouldn't want you to do something that makes you unhappy regardless of the fact that so many people need jobs nowadays.

They're just plain awkward for me, and then I spiral into flat out stress by trying to avoid them. Avoiding them makes me feel even more wary of them, if that makes sense. Skype is always good! I assume you guys've tried that in all this time?

I actually have a cat shelter and vet nearby that I'm tempted to volunteer at over holidays, but lately I've really just been so busy juggling my college and home stuff that I'm not sure I really want to tamper with the balance yet.

Oh, I'm okay. Other than feeling a bit bland/useless as a person anyhow. :p I made some changes to my bedroom so I've been keeping busy.
That must have been stressful. OMG, I hate phone calls. I could never understand what the other person is saying right. I'm a text type person anyways ><

In average, about 40 students for each class. For the mandatory classes - like General Biology is a mandatory class for graduating for biology majors - it can get past 60.

    Okay :3

Uh, sorry. I don't feel comfortable sharing my real name on the forums - it's not a very common name. But 'Min' is actually a part of the real name (and a reason the main username of mine is Mintaka). Hence you'll see many people referring to me as Min around here. ^_^
It's all good man ^^ it's a pretty far-fetched combo though, since while you technically only need 2 cards for it to work, you'd probably be killed before it could initiate, unless you were able to cast Soulgorger Orgg with Flash (like right before your upkeep)
It prevents players from using damaging spells on you as you wait until your upkeep comes around (since you have to wait until it's your turn again for Near-Death Experience's ability to check). Blazing Archon is also a good addition to that combo.
True Believer + Near-Death Experience + Soulgorger Orgg (and Privileged Position if you'd like)
