Ah! That's fair enough. I'm sorry it turned out to be something you don't want to do. I'm much the same with phones, I'm not sure why but I'm petrified to have to answer them/make calls to non-family members and even then I feel awkward. Do tell me how the interview went anyway, though.
It's great that you're still checking out other options. That sounds like it'd be a much better idea for you.
I can't imagine doing that all the time, to be honest. Strings of information easily confuse/overwhelm me, so I'd be screwed.
Have you tried talking to them about it at all or are they just flat out unable to understand? My mum is like that, unable to see how I should choose boredom/poverty over working a job I dislike/am overwhelmed by. But I don't think you should be doing something you really can't make a decent mental go of because you'll only resent it and then you won't do a good job anyway.
It's alright. I hope you feel better soon. Did something happen? :<
College education is still highly regarded here no matter what the career in concern is, so there are LOTS of students in a classroom here. I've heard professors address that as a problem too, they prefer smaller classes as well.
I'll join, though I don't know if I can discuss deep as the members there can xD
I listen to rock often - sort of mainstream but Green Day and SOAD are my favorite bands. Other pop songs are good too, I don't mind a calm song here and there. I often listen to game OSTs as well.
Oh It dosent seem that worth it tbh. Im in the same boat, looking for something seasonal at the moment, that may not even last past January, but I have to do something.
Ah, I see. Well, only you know what you're comfortable with I'm positive you will find the right job for you. If you can get an interview at that other job, I say go for it ^^
Yeah, it's a drawback. There's a good point that they don't want students be crammed up in classrooms for only grades and do other extra activities, but any system has drawbacks. It has students too driven for everything, just for the sake of getting a few more lines in their applications rather than truly enjoying them. On the other hand, there's the interesting comment that having colleges only accept school grades could worsen the problem.
