Talk with your parents about what you want to do with your life (but in a serious way: sit them down with you, no sisters or dogs or anyone else interrupting, at the dinner table or at the living room), ask for their support to reach your dreams, and if you truly think you can't do better at your grades, tell them so and ask them to get you some tutor to help you as well.
Your mother specially should know that she has to give you support, not only as a mother but also because of your case with Asperger's, which as far as I know, means that you can't simply put more effort into something to get better at it (say, school grades) if it isn't of your interest, so you might need outside help.
...and don't let yourself fall into a depression because of this. Life has something very good in store for you because you're a great boy, but it might take its time to come to you. Keep going forward *hugs*
