Probably what you said, just a guest, I looked him up (Guestname points to being Male, so...) on the member list, and he wasn't there. XD

Wait, they can deactivate inactive accounts, so that may be it as well...
Well... from what I know.
When I first joined, I left for a while, and I got an Email telling me I had an inactive account.
"Moderators can not delete an account, we can only ban accounts, it is against our rules to delete peoples' accounts, even at they're own request."
It was something like that, with these people saying they want accounts deleted.
