I'm working on a novel whose main character is a mixed race lesbian Aspie scientist who owns a cat that was genetically engineered to have a human brain, and she finds out from a guy who wears jorts year-round that she is trapped on a lower plane of existence from the one she was born in. That says pretty much everything there is to say about me tbh
