If you want a Bagon that knows Hydro Pump, talk to the guy on the Wonder Bridge, get a male Magikarp, raise it with love and care until it is a Gyarados, teach it Hydro Pump, breed it with a female Bagon, Shelgon, or Salamence, hatch the egg, and, well, there you go.

Hey, I posted on your thread about a Zorua and Bagon. I would want Cyndaquil and Chikorita and I have Zorua and Bagon ready (I could get you Male or Female) I could trade in about 12 hours (I have school and we're probably in different time zone because right now it is 6:35 AM Where I live)
