That sucks... I'm reduced to using one of those little mobile modems which has wifi because, for some reason I cannot understand, the suburb I'm currently living in is a landline "deadspot" for broadband. -_-
... But my local EB Games isn't listed as participating... Oh well, I have wifi.
"well I once tried Big W(for Jirachi and that had very high wi-fi) ended up getting a ton of them but tried it about 2 weeks ago(for one of the 3 crown beasts)but it didn't work"
Wait, when you say "ended up getting a ton of them", you don't mean you got more than 1 on the same Game Card, right? And are you sure you were using a Wifi connection and not a local wireless connection? Big W had a Jirachi giveaway with Toys "R" Us... I just doubt that a store where you're mostly walking around would have free wifi access.
Hm, interesting...
But if that were true, it would mean that everyone who wanted Victini would need to set up a connection in "Wi Fi Connection Settings" in the main menu first before downloading it. I doubt that'd be the case.
Well, yeah, but it'd just be easier to go to EB's about 30 minutes before my shift, pick up the games, and then get the Liberty Pass for both versions over wifi at home that evening. You can get the Libery Pass at any time no matter where you are in your game...
The release date for me is actually very annoying. I'll be working from 4:30pm to 9:30pm on the day of release, though EB's is in the same shopping centre so I can still pick it up beforehand. Then the day after I'm working from 10am to 7pm, so I won't be able to stay up late on the day of release and play it. And then I'm working the day after too!
I have to wait about 2 to 3 days after release before I'll actually get to sit down and play them.
I am aware of this, though the B/W Pokedex has post-game scenario. If I get the Collectors guide and find I don't need the Pokedex book, I can always cancel the order; it won't be out until April.
... I wish I still lived in Brisbane. I would've gone to Toys "R" Us JUST to try it.
Oh well. I have it on preorder at EB Games. I'm probably one of their best customers considering I have the following on pre-order: Pokemon Black, Pokemon White, Nintendo 3DS (in blue), Nintendo 3DS Excersion Kit, Plants VS Zombies DS, The Legend of Zelda: OoT 3DS, Pokemon Black and White Collectors Edition Guide, Pokemon Black and White Pokedex.
Oh yeah... I'm just wondering was PokemonAUS's source was... Oh well, if there's no official mention of it come release, we can get it from WiFi anyway...
They've also posted this re Celebi: http://www.pokemonaus.com/?p=2946
Looks like we won't see a Wifi Celebi until late April at least, if at all.
1. Well that gives me plenty of time to make some progress in game before getting it.
2. Whats the L.E Guide? My gf is getting Black, so I only need to get White.
3. Is the 3DS so far superior that it justifies buying a new console so soon after the release of the DSi XL?
