  • I'm starting chapter 7 right now. The story is very interesting and the quality of your writing improves with each chapter. It'll likely be another week before I catch up completely.
Well, there's not much else you can do at this stage.

All I can say is continue to be apologetic and try and explain why you said it without lying, even if the truth is bad, it's better if you can admit it.

Perhaps she won't forgive you but I expect she will get over it eventually if you seem truly apologetic.
Well, she hasn't actually been online for over an hour so it could just be a coincidence.

Hey, she probably just signed off at an unfortunate moment and you're worrying too much - she probably didn't even mind that much.
    You're not American?!

    Wow...

Like, seriously. I didn't know that. So you don't speak English as a first language? In that case, your English is phenomenal.

I'm really, really sorry for making that mistake. I don't know why I thought you were American... Sorry!

I think all you can do is apologise and say you know it was stupid, you didn't mean it and it was simply a rash thing to say.
Never insult someone's country. Honestly, people will always be offended. If you said something cliched and mean about my country, I'd be really pissed off.

This is kind of a racist thing to say in itself but people also tend to take it worse from Americans since you guys have a reputation (I'm not saying it's true) of being ignorant to other countries.

What did you say to her?
Mostly grammar. Sometimes it's technically correct, but it could be phrased better. It's needs to be a bit more robust.
    For what purpose?

Anyways, let it be known, for winning money in Mexico, a formal job isn't needed; I could pretty much work as a freelancer and get my proper share through reputation-building. I don't need a job. Honestly.
