the team rescued a poochyena that had been kidnapped, and we're sitting in the base. if i say more ill be spoiling it. You can just be waking up or walking in if you wanna be a part of this.
I've looked at the other people who signed up and I don't see many people who the two of us shouldn't be able to beat. There three guys who I think could be a little difficult:Jakku Ebansu (who has a Blastoise, a Slowking, and a Garchomp),Cyril Acanth (who has a Hippowdon, an Ursaring, and a Nidoking) and then the guy who the host of the RP entered.
It seems a lot of the people entering don't understand that to win tournaments, you have to use unexpected moves and tactics.
One last note; which of the Garchomps entered (Jakku's and mine) eems to have the better moveset?
Earthquake, Dragon Pulse, Giga Impact, and Solarbeam
or
Draco Meteor, Sandstorm, Dig, and Dragon Rush?
sorry I just realized how long this is. I rly didnt mean to take up this much space...
Yeah, that way the readers won't know for sure which Gyms the character will actually beat and which he won't. Also, he might only actually beat like five Gyms and win the other Badges from random people.
Yeah, it sounds like a good idea. People could also have to rechallenge Gyms.
One thing that strikes me is, if you're going to do things like that - maybe you should have more than 8 Gyms? For example, you could have Kanto and Johto as one region and have it so that you only have to get 8 badges between those 16 Gyms.
My story is set in Kanto, 40 years previous to the main series games. It's basically so I can have almost exclusively original characters, although Oak and Agatha are featured.
It's sort of a journey fic but not really... It's supposed to be a kind of Pokemon story that hasn't been done before. The main character isn't a very good battler or catcher, he's just a guy living in a Pokemon world.
Too bad that won't work with me, since I'm 'not interested', so to speak. I plan to eitehr try and sort humanity out, or destroy it to prevent so much damage. Either way, the Earth will be safe.
