Yup, if I can find that stupid file with the story in. If not, will tomorrow morn' suffice?
Also, we have someone requesting to be the Diamond of the 'Verse Trios. Being one of the originals, what would your opinion be to allowing this fella to join?
Yeah, but their appearances were still stupid, they needn't have been there.
And that's exactly why the storylines were so shit, because they were too dependant on the Legendaries. I think DPPt would've been fine without the Dialga/Palkia plotline but RSE was just too dependant on the Groudon/Kyogre plotline which was a pretty shitty plotline anyway.
Basically, a down to earth story doesn't involve people saving the world on some ridiculously grand scale. I hate it that every bloody story I read the entirely average protagonist ALWAYS just happens to be 'The One' or the only one who can help etc. It's stupid and childish imo.
It just seems a bit forced when Legendaries pop up all over the place all the time. That's why I don't like the storylines of RSE or DPPt.
It just seems too unrealistic and that is within the setting of the Pokemon world. I liked the level of involvement of the Legendaries in GSC (semi-connected to the storyline) but HGSS took it a bit too far, I don't like compulsory Legendary battles - they're just a bit silly.
I think you should be able to write a good Pokemon story without a crazy Legendary arc. I know I hinted at Mewtwo in Rival's Story but that was just powerful trainers gravitating towards powerful Pokemon and
.
But, yeah, I think Legendaries are just a bit forced. I hate Legendaries constantly getting involved for the good of the land, planet and/or universe. I prefer a more down to earth story.
Sorry ;bout that =P But hey, the peeps like him. Perhaps you can have Reggie hear the teachers note someone's been sneaking around and see A.D slipping out the door of the academy silently, then produce some evidence showing that the headmaster is the big bad, before getting caught up in the battle and fighting Darkran while Miko snaps Reggie outta it =P
