She was more neutral. She'd commit crimes if money was low, in order to let the group eat, but otherwise wouldn't do anything bad out of malicious intent.
Eh, depends on the leader at the time. They had this odd thing of following their boss through most things, though killing innocents or rape was a big nono and they'd usually turn on the boss for merely suggesting it, killing him or her. (as you can tell, attempted rape in the Travelsverse = someone stopping and killing you.)
The Humacto Groupe, though they died out when Team Rocket came along, since they began to wipe out major threats other then Elites and such, who were corrupt as Team Rocket rose.
Aaaah, that's fine, hell there's a group of trainers I mentioned at one point elsewhere who actually train themselves to fight when not training their Pokémon, so it'll fit right in =P
