  • Yeah, I was going for a funny but uneasy feeling. I'm really excited for what stuff I got in store for that story and another one I'm planning. It's going to be really different. It's definitely not going to be in many persons favorites, for sheer subject matter.
I wrote that part before I left. i didn't want to continue writing on that chapter because it just seemed...I mean, I really like the ending.
I've been doing alright, just school and such. I didn't really make the forum a priority, since all I really post on is the Writers Workshop. But I'm so glad I'm back because I missed the community and all these good fics. I see we have quite a bit of new stories on here, so I should probably catch up. Since I'm on break I'll finally writing these stories I've been planning out. How's the forums been? Anything interesting?
Well it's just when I write poor or not very thought out posts I just feel like ugh, knowing it wasn't my best but I will try to post. Recap?
I've read snippets of it. The guy's a good author. It just pains me because I see him as sort of a rival - kind of like you and Legacy.
Yeah, that's pretty much it. Though some comedies do have serious plotlines going on - like The Thinking Man's Guide To Destroying The World (much as I hate to admit it) and hopefully Something's Got To Give as well, eventually.

Interestingly, it's probably the same reason Twilight is so popular. Vapid, boring characters, transparent, flimsy plot and clichéd, absolutist motivations hardly make for challenging reading, though I would of course beg to differ.
Yeah, I noticed that too. It's the same on all the other sites. It backs up my theory about how people prefer to read comedy fics than serious ones. It might sound a bit harsh, but I think it's because humorous fics require less thinking - and therefore less effort - to read. (Part of my aim in posting SGTG was to see if that theory was correct)
So I've started reading it, I just finished both Prolouges and its quite good :), I'll elborate more when i give a reveiw of the whole thing later on today (It's kinda late here so I'm goning to go to sleep, but when i wake up I'll deffiniatly finish reading it and write my opinion. Jus wanted to let your personally know that I've started to read it.
Yo, Yo man what's up in the street?

XD, but really hey, sorry I haven't posted yet, I can't get that muse yet, which sucks because it seems to be affecting my story in a way as well.
Heh, he sure will be. Reggie is so dense, lol. I wonder if any of Reggie's friends will have a problem with it.
I was actually gonna try to start fic-writing over winter break again, and perhaps put those pieces in the WW. REMEMBER WHEN I ACTUALLY WROTE? o_O
Well, it's a good way to get to know them better. I have some awesome cousins I never met until our mutual grandfather died.
