  • NO MOAR SPOILERS OR I WILL KILL YOU!!!! I HAZ THE DEATH NOTE!!!! >8D

    Oops...maybe I shouldn't have said that out loud...^.^;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
Well, that is one very good point. I find Naruto excessively boring, for one thing. They will spend chapter after chapter, episode after episode, just having needlessly lengthy flashbacks, standing around, breathing heavily and glaring at each other. Also there's a whole lot of 'AHA! MY HIDDEN ULTIMATE TECHNIQUE! SUPER-TSUYOI-ULTRA-MEGA-KAWAII SLASH OF THE TRODDEN-ON CAT!' It's all just showboating and, well, glaring at each other. At least in Bleach they get around to some proper fighting.

Also yeah, Sasuke's a stupid fugging emo that should be put down. He goes on a rampage of revenge against people who really didn't have all that much to do with the death of his brother. Even after he finds out it wasn't their fault at all (iirc) he carries on trying to destroy Konoha. He's a moron, Naruto's annoying and Sakura's just plain useless. I don't mind some of the supporting characters - Kakashi, Neji and so on - but in general, bajeezus. Ugh.

Ah, Blue Exorcist. I did read a little bit of that in the Shonen Jump a couple of months ago. It seemed pretty cool . . . they were only running it because it was adapted into an anime last season, though.
Really? Damn...I get the feeling I'll be all like "NUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DX DX DX DX" when Light dies >.>
No significant plot isn't necessarily a bad thing! There's just . . . lots of little plots, mini-arcs if you will, that make up the story. I mean, I guess the main character's ongoing struggle with the overbearing alien girl, contrasted with his efforts to get the attention of the girl he loves, counts as a kinda significant plot . . .

Bleach, yes. Naruto, hell no. Bleh.
Just over Summer, I go back to Uni in September but hopefully will get a job there as well

How bouts you? You on your summer break or whatever it is in the States?
Dragons Roar is ENDING? No way i thought it was going to last forever lol

I'll try and take a look at your new story, but I doubt i'll have the time with work and stuff.
Speaking of your story, I never got to finish reading it. I think I'll do that in the near future, perhaps very soon. I remember stopping somewhere around a specific tournament ...
I think that people who have voted for me so far are the ones who read the story. I don't expect more votes for my characters, tbh. While my story has a couple of readers (on which I'm grateful for, I never thought I'd have any), your is ending soon and has already established, should I say, a loyal fanbase? Also, you can do an advertisement blog for your Academy fic. in order to gain more votes. :D

Btw, did you ever win an award? I remember seeing one for the best main character ..
I was surprised at the very nomination, though I wasn't expecting to get voted. I really didn't.
Oh, Love Hina was fantastic. <3 Ken Akamatsu is one of my favourite mangaka, along with Yabuki Kentaro (Black Cat, To-LOVE-Ru).
It's basically both: the Ghost ship they were on takes them to a parallel world, which is also a dream to Link and Tetra.
    Aye:
    Zelda 2 wasn't
Link's Awakening (sequel to Link to the Past) was a dream
Majora's Mask (sequel to Ocarina of Time) was a parallel world
    Phantom Hourglass was a dream
FSA wasn't. But Hyrule ws weird enough it may as well have been.
