Filler that provides vague hints on at least one character's backstory, vaguely "advances" a romantic subplot, and introduces/re-introduces people who want to or might want to kill them. So basically it's like every other chapter.
Only so long as I've been doing pokémon fanfic. I'm kind of losing interest in the epics as well
If I'm a nerd then you're a nerd, nerd. I forget what program I used for the colour scheme sample. I think it was some Flash based army painter I dug up on a forum somewhere
Exactly and I comd into battle in a flying spoon with an army of giant forks behind me and call myself the spoon master. Not only that but I will come in with a pepper and salt shaker - spoon manipulaters need flavour literally XD
The showdown with that thing will be way down the road, though. I do talk a little bit about demons in Hinduism next chapter which will provide a bit of a preview of how I'm going to work with it.
Eh. It's kind of an anticlimactic scene in my opinion. Especially since The Demon won't really have a major story role for a while. So it's kind of a Final Boss Preview, but not much more.
Some classes are. Econ homework in particular can be pretty brutal. I sort of understand what's going on occasionally.
It's not required, but I want to do something more interesting with my summer than working at the local movie theater.
OK... we've had a lot of breather chapters before. But this is kind of a calm between two storms chapter. And The Demon properly appears in the last arc of Act I, yes.
I will eventually get the will and time together to finish Galactic. Then I will catch up on a few fics, including yours, and then transition into Crossover Battles reading.
OK. Busy. Very busy. Applying for an internship and dealing with a pretty full course load at the moment, in addition to just trying to get Act I of Vaira finished. I'm a little under two chapters away now, and one's as close as the story gets to a breather chapter. The other is the finale of the Act and includes a battle scene I'm absolutely trying my best to get right. And also shitty love triangle scenes. But at least my involvement with Crossover battles amounts to "wait for people to respond" now. After that it'll be finally making assignments, setting deadlines, and then moving into the actual process.
By not going those few extra steps. Instead I just got to lay on a (clean-looking but probably still filthy 'cause it's a kids' bathroom) bathroom floor for a few minutes.
