  • They're beautiful and sexy. Face it, you would tap Emboar.

It was boring and stale. Dodaitose <3
    Since the second it spoke!

I dunno, the constant Draco Meteor use from Chimchar was a little boring after a while and made it a one-trick monkey...
So you're telling me when you did that last rewatch, you were watching most of those eps for the first time? I had assumed you'd seen most of them at least once before.
Well its a shame then. After following the series for so long, not to re-visit past moments makes the series feel pointless.

The only eps I skip are usually the worst fillers or eps I know were terrible. I tend to rewatch the good fillers and every ep that's, "important," even if said important ep might be dull itself.

Its a shame some capture episodes would otherwise be terrible fillers if that one capture didn't happen in it.
Well you watch them through other means, same difference. :p

But with any show that follows a continuity, like you mentioned Buffy, etc, its almost necessary to rewatch old seasons just to see how the show played out and the characters evolved.

Pokemon is the same way pretty much. I understand you're fatigued of old episodes now as you just did your rewatch, but you really don't think 5-10 years from now you'll get a desire to re-visit the series?
And you call yourself a fan of the anime. Why do you think people buy DVD collections of series for, to watch once and then sit on the shelf?

While I understand skipping some of the worst fillers and such, I otherwise do tend to rewatch most of the eps of each arc again.

It seems pointless to follow the anime overall without revisiting the shows past history. I do it about once every 5 years, so its not doing it over and over either.

I did a rewatch in 2009, but I probably won't do another one till 2014 at the earliest.
Really? Usually I rewatch shows I like about once every 3-4 years or so. I definitely plan to rewatch each saga a few more times as the years go by.

Its the same with other shows I have on DVD. I do a massive rewatch, then let it sit on the shelf for about 4-5 years or so, and then rewatch it again.

Why would you honestly never rewatch parts of the show years down the road?
I always wind up watching the league eps, or Ash's big battles in general, much moreso than other episodes.

It has been 4 months ago, and seeing the Sinnoh league again is interesting.

Why the sudden loss of interest in Pokemon?
Are you serious? Wow, you've turned your back on Pokemon quickly.

This is from a guy who loved DP and did a massive rewatch of Kanto through AG just recently.

You're honestly not interested in seeing the leagued dubbed? This is what I would make sure to watch.

Also the first few eps of Best Wishes, just to see what Iris/Dento sound like in the dub.
