  • There will be a cure. In this day and age of no pity badges and good battles, along with ongoing plots and continuity there has to be a cure!
Gible you're the best troll I've ever seen on BMG. I tip my hat to you.

I think you would have had a funner time if you were here back when AG was airing, there would have been more people to argue with. :)
    FFFFUUU

I already voted in the last thread...Or was that who do you ship Paul with?

    *shuns self from shipping section*
Ash just wants to be a great hero--but on the way, he learns that being a hero isn't as easy or as glamorous as it looks.
I will say this--you almost got Brock's reason for minstrel-dom right when you said losing his parents was one possibility for a motivation
And if it wasn't as popular as it was, it would have died off early. Not to mention it wouldn't keep getting revivals every couple of years. Nick has a brand new TMNT cartoon set for release in 2012, which will be the third series.

Sorry that you couldn't enjoy it. For some reason I thought it was really random you brought TMNT up in a thread out of nowhere. I don't know if you ever knew I was a TMNT fan though, I did mention it a few times.
Poor execution? Is this why the TMNT comics (which have the same origin and characters as the cartoons), basically exploded the black and white comic scene back in 1984, and are some of the best selling comics rivaling DC and Marvel back during the heyday?

Is this why the original TMNT cartoon was the most popular kids cartoon of the late 80's/early 90's and lasted 10 seasons and made 193 episodes? Not to mention 4 theatrical movies.

The 4kids series also had a 7 season run and made 155 total episodes and a DTV movie.

What other cartoons (besides Pokemon, haha), last for 10 seasons and make nearly 200 episodes? I can't think of any non-anime like that.
Is that your view on both series? They're pretty different from one another? How did you start watching?
