  • Yeah, and then God will come and decide that things have gotten out of hand and it's time for Jesus to return and save and/or end the world. People used to live to be reaaaally old, kinda funny that they suddenly got shorter lifespans and now we're re-lengthening it.
That's just scary. Scientist these days...wow. I don't think they will ever be able to fully be able to understand the brain and 'crack the code' as you say, and probably never be able to fully recreat it. I can read facial expressions, and sometimes I can predict if my dad is going to say an immature comment, but that's about it.
Hmm, I think the brain is one of those complex organs that we humans can never fully understand or reproduce. Like they can't recreate eyes that also give you sight, they can only make glass ones that make you look like you have eyes and whatnot. I'm not very good at reading people, sometimes I can though on some of my friends. But we can always tell when my seven year old sister is lying.
You pretty much just blew my mind. My mom can predict what my dad's going to say sometimes, since she's had enough information on him to know if he's going to make a certain comment. So I suppose that is a plausible theory.
I enjoyed Twilight, but the movie ruined it. I'm not a little Twilight fangirl though, and I know it annoys a lot of people when you bring it up. And whaaat? I looked sociology up on Wikipedia and that didn't make a bit of sense.
Most books I read don't have a preface, and I hardly ever put it down because it seems boring in the beginning. I don't think I've read many books that I didn't enjoy.
I got bored with this one and skipped the last five pages of it. I typically read part of them and skip the rest, or scan it for information.
Yeah, it mentioned the movie in the extra preface too. It was thirty pages of preface alone. I totally wouldn've interpretted it differently, I'm a total optimist on most things.
I'm reading the 50th anniversary copy and it has an added preface, written in 2003. The author explains how she didn't actually die and that he should have had her make a final appearence to reassure the reader of that. I'm just sad that she's not playing a speaking role right now.
So I got Ferinheight 451 today and I'm on page 95 or something, so I'm about halfway done with it. It's really good so far! I'm sad about Clarisse though, she was really cool.
I played softball up until last summer. I quit because I was afraid to slide and wasn't very good at fielding. And my coach didn't know the meaning of "Rec League". I found out I'm okay-ish at basketball I guess. I'm not very coordinated though, and I can't shoot baskets that well. I hate soccer though, mostly because my sisters play it and it pretty much controls my life. Field hockey is fun too.
Yeah, Missouris has gotten more snow this year then ever, we are very done with it. It's supposed to be in the 70s on Thursday though, so hopefully the snow will stay away after that. You should totally go watch the sunset at the elementary school, that would be really cool.
Well, everyone could do there own. They could post their own chapters. For example, each one of us could post our chapters, then start the cycle over again, in the same order.
