Palpitoad should be able to learn Earthquake.

I actually disagree with this. I would rather see Pokemons without Megas getting Megas, than some, popular ones (Mewtwo, starters) getting two. One evo per Poke is fully sufficient and enough. Giving Mewtwo and Charizard two was a mistake, and only done to please fans. Venusaur and Blastoise do...

The sheep and elephant ideas are awesome. For fire, a rhino would be sweet. It could be tanky and four-legged, and have horns on fire and such.
