Sky, land, caves, forest, sea, under the sea, even in the core of the Earth , ORAS will make a 100% full adventurer. Also the Pokemon catching is also challenging especially the Pokemon with held items. Overall, my rating is 9/10.

I go for Garchomp. With the combination of Ground and Dragon made it available from being main Attack-type specialist to waller to revenge-kill type Pokemon. With its high speed and balanced defensive stats, it is a perfect all around offensive and defensive Pokemon.
