Off to bed now - up for work very early. I have a feeling that my post in that thread is going to be deleted, I just hope I don't get infracted for it. Do you think you could make those images smaller for me? I'm not sure how to do it myself. They look a lot better smaller.
Hangovers are wholly unpleasant but they're not always the same. Panging headache is a common effect of a hangover and also being ridiculously thirsty and having a dry mouth. Sometimes I feel like I'm going to throw up when I have a hangover too. Today I've had all three of those and it wasn't helped by the fact that I was hungry but I couldn't face eating the few items of food in the house.
You talking about your manga has made me remember my old Pokemon manga. I put such a lot of effort into coming up with the storyline for that I can't believe I let it just die. I'm going to post the first few pages in the Artist's Alcove. Go have a look =)
You've never been drunk? If you couldn't get drunk - drink more! Some people find that certain alcoholic drinks don't sit well with them so it's best to drink something else instead. Beer, for example, is rarely appreciated by people who haven't done much drinking in the past and usually makes them feel sick before they actually feel drunk.
Also, clear alcohol is much less likely to give you a hangover. I don't know why exactly but it's definitely true.
Not great. I went out last night and I've been groggy and hungover all day and I have work at 6am tomorrow which means I need to wake up at five in the morning which is just plain silly.
On the upside, someone just posted an amazing review for Roots - read it, it's from someone called In A Quandry. I don't mean amazing as in complimentary though - more like helpful.
Yeah I guess, but this guy's modesty is starting to get annoying, I don't know if he's really just that modest or if it's a cover up and he's just trying to annoy me.
Well, Legacy's been helping me make a second fic so that i can get a bit more reviews, but now he's just acting like a jerk, I mean he mostly has me do all the work, of course it's my fic but he said he'll help me, plus before he was giving ideas too and of course like any group trying to do something we discuss about whether it's good or bad, just because I didn't think his ideas were really creative and good he thinks that I rejected them because I got upset that he was going against my idea too.
Then he had me make character lists, but that's all I'm doing, I send him list by list but he doesn't reply or even tells me anything that isn't 'good, I like this character a lot' and I hate that, to begin with the fact that the guy is pretty dry too.
'Sokay man. But, it's a PreciousMetalShipping oneshot. They're supposed to be generally friendly around eachother, if they're doing the shipswing. Thanks, you are the best!
Not bad, I want to try and completely finish writing Rival's Story in the next few days but I don't think I'll be able to. The problem is I put so much time into it that I can't work on anything else. I want to get published really and a fanfiction won't be published (obviously) although it is a lot of fun in the short term. After Rival's Story, I think I'm gonna need to take a long break to get back on track with my real writing.
