Cool that U tried looking for the other Movies, LOL probably ashamed of the other Films and JUST WANT to sell Guardians DVD Merchandise LOL!
Speaking of Guardians Merchandise, was at ToyRU's and saw A LOT and I mean A LOT OF Guardians Merchandise, and U can probably guess who they were Selling. Saw A LOT OF Rocket Items, HELL, ONE OF THEM COULD TALK!! It was a Press Button and he would say stuff. One Rocket was in the Blue Clothes that NOVA Corp gave him at the End of the Film LOL
You're GOING TO BE JEALOUS!!!!! I'm at the Mall and got a few early Birthday Gifts for myself 2 Pokemon Wristbands, Pokemon Pajama Bottoms, and and a PokeBall Mug, but here the Icing on the Cake, saw a Baby Groot and Rocket Raccoon Shirt
Hehe. i learned that long ago... back in Black 2, i think... Sturdy only protects the pokemon that is fully healed. If you can damage it slightly, without dropping it into the red, the potion doesn't trigger and bam, next turn defeated pokemon.
hehe... i suppose it's not really cheating. It is by design but to me, it just feels too easy, i guess. But i struggled with piplup and got knocked out so many times (level 1 verse level 3? No way!). I admit that i was almost ready to transfer her to OR and briefly level her there before i remembered i could do that
Secret trick for pokemon with sturdy. If you have a super effective move that'll KO them in one go... most pokemon with sturdy are rock or steel... so hit them with a not very effective attack... Normal attacks do well for this. Then next turn smash them with the super effective attack. That'll keep the gym leader or league member from healing them with a potion. (Dragon Rage also works here, regardless of the enemy type (except fairy)).
Either way, congrats on the win against Clemont.
I also discovered a kinda cheat. I assume when starting a themed team, like me you trade over a full team of egg pokemon? Meaning you have 6 level ones, and probably find it a little tricky to level up at first?
Well, Pokemon on Kalos Route 2 and Hoenn route 101 can not escape from pokeballs, and do give XP... So if you go to the first town, buy as many pokeballs as you can, and then go back and catch as many pokemon as you have pokeballs... Since they can not escape from the ball, free and easy path to about level 7 (based on XY's 3500 pokedollars if you beat Shauna) for one pokemon.
EDIT: Naturally, i only traded one egg pokemon (Piplup) when i did this. If you do all 6, you'll have slightly less pokeballs
All phobias have a basis in instinct, i guess. And Australia is a pretty dangerous place when it comes to creatures that can kill us, which would explain why i have a fear or snakes, spiders, etc. And other bugs and pests carry diseases. Probably the same with your uncle.
My guess with your favourite guitarist is that spider vemon + alcohol = really bad combination. Alcohol does really crazy things to our bodies, and does prevent many drugs and other life saving stuff from working.
Height based phobias are usually, from my understanding, a fear of falling... or a fear of the thing you're on breaking. I hate driving over bridges. Even though these bridges carry very heavy semis, busses, and thousands of cars a day. Everytime i go over a big bridge, i worry about it breaking.
When i went to visit dad in hospital, and he was on the sixth floor, the moment i looked out the window i froze up. It wasn't the height that caused it... My brain automatically figured that the floor would break, or that i'd fall though the window, or something like that.
I'd imagine your ladder phobia is very similar. They are a very annoying set of phobias, and as you said, impossible to break.
I have a bug phobia (And yes, for this purposes, spiders count) so if I was to do that instead of spraying it, you'd never get me near any place a spider is in.
And yes, before you say it... I do have a lot of phobias *shrug* you can't change who you are, I guess.
