For me, I roar'd at Surskit to force Vivolian in first then took it down with Ember... and some how got lucky taking surskit out because Vulpix gained about 4 levels from Viv's downfall
I would have named the Vulpix after you but Poke Fox is just not a good pokemon nickname in my opinion
Also, have you given a thought yo how you'll beat the rock gym (Gym 2)?
Looks at Actor, the Voice Actor Voicing Rocket is Trevor Devall and he's voiced him before on a few other Marvel Cartoons where the Guardians have made Cameos
Urg. Legendaries. I kinda like the legendary beasts (Hey, Suicune looks like a dog and I'm a dog lover ) but for the most part, i just think legendaries are overrated Just like Shinies.
The only Pokemon i love more than Growlithe is Arcanine.
Lol... Thanks, i think. (Aka, don't mind at all ) But i expect regular progress reports on this growlithe!
----------
Many shinies just look terrible compared to the originals.
----------
This. So much this! I like a few Shinies... Dratini (but not Dragonite), Riolu, etc. But so many of them are either a minor recolour (Growlithe falls under this heading), or just look horrible (Espeon). I have never understood why many players go absolutely psycho over shinies.
----------
In most of my playthroughs and themes I don't bother much with catching wild Pokemon - I just faint them for experience.
I have already fainted 2 shinies that way.
----------
That is the reason i was there anyway I had just hatched my Growlithe for the themed playthough (Fire Theme)and needed to get it some experience as it is my main man. (Don't give me that unsurprised look )
I just encountered and killed a shiney pidgey on my new themed playthough I don't care for shinies but i find it funny that it happened right after i sold my pokeballs to buy potions
If your laptop has a HDMI port, you can buy a cheap TV (About a 18 to 22 inch TV) with HDMI capabilities, and then you can configure Windows to extend the display to the TV, which acts as a second monitor.
I watch all my DVDs on my computer too. I have dual monitors which means I can watch stuff on the second monitor while browsing Bulbagarden, playing games, etc
Fennekin gives me a thought. It's evolved forms are part psychic... Psychic moves will help you greatly against Malva and Siebold. As would Talonflame's flying moves.
If i had the bandwidth to spare, i could watch them on pokemon.com. But for now, JB Hifi sells DVDs containing the entire series.
Don't catch a water type. You can get a free lapras just after you get surf.
As for Siebold, my suggestion is to focus on speed and and the use of powerful non-fire attacks to get him before he has a chance to use his water attacks.
He won't be your only challenge. Malva uses Fire-types and Drasna uses Dragon types. Both are resistant to fire. Also, Malva has a ghost type so you can't focus on normal type attacks to bypass the resistance.
hehe. I plan on buying the DVDs sooner or later, and catch up. I need to get the DVDs for XY anyway.
My favourite episode from Black and White has to be the one where Iris is trying to teach Excadrill a new move but Excadrill closes up on her whenever she approaches it.
I haven't seen that movie yet. I've seen the first four and a couple from the later generations... I've sadly missed more than a few of the movies. I really need to go get them and catch up.
But i have seen the vast majority of episodes, Pre-XY. Now that those are on DVD, i plan to get them.
