Pretty much everywhere, usaully where the strongest trainers are. Most of my Pokemon are between 50-70, but I've been training a lot of different Pokemon, which is very time consuming.

Theres a place in Platinum thats called the Battle ground, where you get to re-battle the Gym Leaders and the tag-teams.sweet i got the kanto starters if you want them if you have any hoen starters i will take themcan you breed piplup i need that and i can give you a turtwig
