I have hosted a mafia game themed deadman Wonderland and one themed Bleach. Also I have participated in countless mafia and mafia based games.

I think my skills as a player are decent but I have tons of ideas for hosting which I haven't yet materialised cause i don't have much time.

I just applied for hosting a mafia game themed Resident Evil - Archives but it will take me about to months to finish so I think i will convince you by then that I know how mafia games roll.
