In the Poacher one you need to raise 5+ Pokemon to levels 39-45. I'll tell you what they are specifically if you attempt that first.

In the Bird one you need to raise a couple Pokemon to high levels. And you need three of this specific Pokemon specifically from the Safari Zone. (The one that was harder for people who attempted this earlier; but probably a bit easier now).

Whichever task you reach in either Exploration, I can release the Pokemon as you need them rather than in bulk.

I'll unlock the Daycare Couples.

I say this because both the normal and Special explorations you plan on doing involve A LOT of Pokemon and A LOT of leveling.
