Well, the 30% accuracy moves aren't allowed because they OHKO (One hit KO) a Pokemon no matter what.

Well, for restrictions, I would like these clauses:

Species Clause (Not allowed 2 Charizard, for example)
Uber Clause (No Pokemon are allowed from this list: _http://www.smogon.com/dp/tiers/uber_, Except garchomp IF both people allow it)
OHKO Clause (You are not allowed to use the 30% accuracy moves such as Sheer Cold, Gullotine, Fissure and Horn Drill)

That's all my rules. Everything else is fine.
