BTW, I own a saturn, it flopped in the US so JP systems are about the same price as US systems. It's also easy to use imports, just get an Action Replay and you can play arcade perfect versions of Capcom and NeoGeo games.

Well we're closing that place down I believe. You can wait until it's reincarnation comes out this week then ask again, cuz it might have different rules. xD
Oh yeah, for obscure/rare systems, 3do, Jaguar, Sega 32x, PCFX, Sega Nomad, Sega CDX, the sony PSX (a special JP PS2 with a DVR and HDD built in, along with a ps3 style UI), Neo Geo, Pippin, and there are plenty more too.
Some guy on YT, Gamester81, has a bunch of rare systems. Dr Ashens also has some rare portables that are horrid.
Also, it's not an obscure system, but the Saturn has a shitload of imports, but a lot were also released on the PS1 so you can play the ps1 versions on your PS2.
Just watch the AVGN's review of Plumbers Don't Wear Ties, possibly the saddest excuse for a game ever.

It's part console review, part horrible slideshow review.
From what I've seen, it's way better then the GB version, because it:
1. Is in color.
2. Tells you what monsters will turn into.
3. Better music.
4. Lets you play it with original BW graphics.
The WonderSwan color had a lot of Anime based games, some megaman games, and a few games that were later ported to other systems, like a Digimon fighting game.
Also, as for the pippin, here's a gameplay vid I found. This makes the Atari Jaguar and the CDi look godlike:
Oh yeah, there are lots of obscure systems. Some were different in Japan like the MegaDrive, but others are so obscure that that site doesn't even have them, like the Apple Pippin, the worst system ever.
