  • Oh, I see. I am watching TV with family while posting here at the same time :)

Makes sense for her to want that, all parents tend to do so. As long as she is OK for a bit more, no problems :)

You pretty much agree with the stereotype xD Oh, guess you have all the life in front of you to get into it.

Exorcise it or something :) Dunno, it may be the bikes, your carelesness, the bad roads or just bad luck... but having someone to fix them is nice xD

Of course. Only a little, I tend not to think of this much. I have talked to him and know how he works as a person tbh.

I admit I cut a little unimportant line in the end in the previous VM to make the characters fit. That makes sense. Guess I do that too, I feel like I have "three" scales of message length and you are Scale 3 the lenghtest of course :) Of course all scales are enjoyable, a true VMer should like all of them.

Hm... I don't know if this is what happens with my Dad, but again mine doesn't interfere either and I guess he is overreacting as he always tends to do.

Yup, sorry for using "nephew". I actually used "they" instead of "he" from that point onwards. Oh, 13 years is a lot... Hm, I see. To be honest, I don't really wish about it. I tend to like the advantages and not hypothesize a lot.

    Okay, night.
The BS it's gets is SO STUPID IMO Man, the story is Clichéd U could say but IT WORKS, heck my Dad likes the Story and I had NO PROBLEM with it whatsoever
I know; but they are, can't help it :(

Thing is, how do you find it and can you keep up with it while also doing college? What you say makes lots of sense of course, and since your parents are okay with this, it is indeed the best choice.

I don't really know what happens out there, I guess all of them have problems, some more than others... you've got the skill and genes from someone, it seems :)
Oh, flat tires tend to happen quite frequently, uh? :( I guess the normal bike has tires that get flat easier than the sports one. It is nice that he is good at that, mine also does so, but for cars.

Of course she should be. I guess not really, my Mom doesn't want him to interfere much anyway, and the main reason I haven't yet is because of my Dad who is in total denial about this... they have divorced on good terms and Mom doesn't want to ruin such truce by having me meet her partner. I am quite happy with that, to be honest I don't care much. My Mom is happy, so I guess I am happy also. It's just that way, I really have no problem with it.

I've actually never got this in my VMing life, wow. I tend to write much smaller VMs anyway. I reserve such long conversations for PMs normally. Oh, WindBlast of all people? Guess he is the one you pull huge convos with? Others have to suffice with smaller ones, I guess :)

I am almost sure he has. Oh, what you say pretty much is the same as my case. My Mom proposed me to go vacations with her and stepdad and my Dad immediately went all mad before I could even think of it... anyways, one more year to go I say! xD

I see. At least, you get to see her enough, which is nice. Guess you get to see your nephew as well, hope they are a nice kid. I can see how you grew up as only child, you grow up with your Mom who has no other kids anyway. I am an actual only child over here :)

Allright, have a nice sleep. Of course, I know the drill!
Wow, I have surpassed 2000 characters for the first time in a VM, I had to cut this in two parts, sorry xD

My Dad, on the other hand, definitely has something, but prefers to hide it from everyone. It is also a matter of prestige, he is a businessman and he doesn't want to give a "bad image" that would harm his enteprise. tbh, he is just overreacting with this, he is not rich or prestigious, just wants to feel that way :) He also believes that I should not interfere with my parent's partners at all, which is why he tells me nothing about his. He also has problems with me meeting Mom's one, but I will do it anyway when I become an adult, no matter what he says. Oh, just noticed, yours don't live together either. Good indeed, I would not like anyone interfering with my life either.

May I ask, do you have any siblings?

I use shift+ctrl+n on school PCs, I tend to just clear the history before leaving Dad's house because keeping passwords etc can be convenient :) Hm, benefits indeed, your mom doesn't check... well, we are quite alike on lots of things, it seems!
Good point. They are just overprotective sometimes, though :(

Which means you would have to finish college first? Insecurity makes sense at this point... it might be hard, or easy, I honestly don't know, because I am even younger xD

I see. Unemployment seems to be a problem in general, it seems :( I know that feeling, my Mom has the very same problem. I see, we also watch movies together. Guess he is as much of a cyclist as you :) we don't cycle with my Dad ofc Ouch, that is bad :( Wow, that's even closer than my case! Great indeed, you can like visit him some other time if need be.

Do not worry, I am always willing to answer any question, rarely do they ask me something that bugs me way too much! My Mom has one, but they live far away and meet up once in a while, since we live with the grandparents anyway. He is a nice man, I haven't met him yet though, only talked to him through phone. He also helps us with money :I Mom says that if I get to Athens for university studies, she will go live with him and marry him so that the gramps will get rid of our burden. They are together for 2 years around now, I can see them getting married when I become an adult, and honestly have no problem with that.
    Exactly. This kinda justifies them.

I see. Well, you can move out whenever you feel like it/have the money, I guess.

This makes some sense. It is nice that you feel thankful to your parents, I pretty much do the same. Because, my Mom is the unemployed one here, and we are living with her parents which are my grandparents. They pretty much help us out with the financial stuff :I you may know that the economical situation in Greece is not the best around. I visit my Dad in the weekend, he is a bit better economic-wise but also quite strict and I don't really want to be around him more than two days a week. Anyways, good thing is that they live close so moving back and forth is easy. What about your case?

That was a nice move. I delete things like browsing history etc. on my PC at Dad's, I don't take any extreme safety precautions at Mom's since she wouldn't ever check my PC. What you say makes sense of course. Once upon a time, when Dad first figured out about the forum, I deleted all my PM's and was afraid he would use spyware.
I see. Well, seeking such a moment in my case is hard :) As said, I don't really have a problem. It's just a year, one that will be quite busy anyway. As soon as I finish school, I will move out and buy the Gen 7 console and games when they come out.

Oh, she still asks you about the college homework? Doesn't sound good :(

I see. Well, they are the other way around, dunno what's better. You are adult though and technically have the ability to see them whenever you want, right?

Same here. I am addicted also, but it's not like I can get lots of different hobbies anyway. Not chatting equals to getting bored. What you say makes lots of sense, I am not doing that either of course :) I feel like they think we can't take care of ourselves at all, but come on, we can protect ourselves from the Internet to an extent.
Oh, it is nice that you admit it :) Goes to show I am not the only one who fears about such things. I would buy a 3DS in secret if those were easily available around this place, since I have my own money for it. But I don't have much time to play in secret anyway.

I see... you definitely have a point. My father is a bit like this, but they are also worried about my school and its homework, since the next year is the last and we have REALLY DAMN HARD IB-style exams over here...

At least, you can do what you want. I'm not like this with Dad, but since they are divorced with Mom, I just tolerate him on weekends xD
Even though my parent is a bit annoying at times, he is quite the nice person at other occasios.
Yeah, they do. But I was pretty much hiding this place for them for more than a year, I told them later but since I was doing it in secrecy anyway and no harm was around, they let me in the end :)
Of course they don't, it's just that the probablities are higher xD I see.

My parents aren't really strict. My father is a bit more than my mother. They don't really like me hanging in a forum, but they accept it (it is free of charge after all). They still find 3DS and Poke-games quite childish and a waste of money.
