Well, true, Bill's gift of an Eevee to Bebe seems to confirm that they are friends.

As far as I can recall, as of Platinum Bebe's code (the most current) is an Bill's edit to Lanette's storage system, which was based of Bill's. (The Japanese version says that Bill and Lanette were codevelopers). The question is, is the Pokemon Storage system open source? If not, how did Bebe...
