He's definitely misled. But i think his intentions were good. And even though Ghetsis was the "real" villain, i believe he was slightly... off. In my opinion, in order for some to be truly evil, they would need to be sane in the mind. Like Giovanni, for example. Out of all the Poke "villains", he's the only one that's completely sane. So that, in essence, makes him the only real Poke villain.

Thank you again for the second Synchronizer! And thank you for providing these Pokemon for us in the first place. These two will help me out with the stationary legends

Game Freak really put a lot of thought into him. I feel they put more into him than any other "villain". I don't even see him as a villain.
