I'm terribly sorry, but I really don't think I'll be able to finish your banner. On top of school work, internet and computer issues, slight family issues, offline events I have to be at, trying to meet deadlines for a project of mine, etc., it's really just one more thing to raise my stress level.

If, however, you still want your banner, I'd like to suggest Blue Dragon. He's polite, he'll be much more punctual than I am, and he'll most likely give you a much better final product than I can. Again, I'm incredibly sorry I couldn't finish it, but there's simply nothing I can do about it.
