To answer this, I think your game might be a bootleg copy. Are you able to trade between older games (meaning gen 4 using PokeTransfer)? I believe that might be able to tell you if it is real or fake (but just Rayquazza alone hints to it imo); did you get it from a pawn shop or something such as that, and does it have the Official Nintendo Seal?
