If you are finding yourself unable to log in, you should be able to fix the issue by following the following process.
1. Close all browser tabs with any part of Bulbagarden open.
2. Delete all Bulbagarden.net cookies (and if possible, any cached site data for Bulbagarden) from your browser.
3. Close and reopen your browser, open a new tab, and log into the forums on the new tab.

UH. Disregard that PM I sent you. I went over it with Alaska, and I decided to just post it as it was. Judging by the rate of activity in URPG currently, I'd say that submission time might possibly have to be extended. We'll have to see how it goes.
I have no idea. I got this sort of impression from the staff that they were going to wait until an expansion, but then they realised that no-one is really going to be generous enough to gift to newbies and then they were like, "Right, let's just stick it up and get this over with."
