To keep up with the hype driven by Sword and Shield's release, we are taking applications for new moderators in our Current Events: Sword and Shield as well as Anime and Manga sections.
For more information, see this thread. We hope you all consider joining our team!
We hope you're enjoying Sword and Shield so far! So that everyone can enjoy it and not be spoiled, please keep the all story spoilers and any images from the games in the appropriate sections or in spoiler tags until January 3rd.
Since spoiler tags are not allowed in signatures, please do not put images from the games in your signature either. You can list the names of new Pokémon if you want to list your team in your signature.
Hey. The system only allows like one name change in a certain time period (I'm not sure what the time period is though), so that's probably why you couldn't change your name. Anyways, you were directed to the right place, and your name is changed back to Senzura! Glad I could help out!
'Saying that the Poke was caught' is no reason to fail a story. It’s not even a reason to mark the story down. At most, you should just mention it to the author for next time.
But I offer you this:
From the Grading Group and Grader Information:
“Johnny threw the Pokeball at the Pokemon, watched it become sucked in and fall to the ground, wiggling back and forth...” All stories need to end with the Pokeball wiggling or something to that effect. If the writer physically catches the Pokemon, simply inform them that it’s your job to decide. Don’t mark down for it.
Also by Galleon.
The only time the writer can is if they are trying to capture multiple Pokemon in their stories.
