  • Ha, reminds me of my walkthrough plan for BW2: do a full walkthrough of Black 2, then do a Challenge Mode semi-walkthrough of White 2.
Well, I ran Timid later on, but yeah, even Modest couldn't do it.

Regenerator is indeed a wonderful Ability; the only thing that has it and doesn't use it is Reuniclus, and that's only because Magic Guard is just barely better. Even the ever-frail Mienshao loves to have Regenerator, since it can safely use a Life Orb with it.
No, I can easily look those up. I remember back in the very first days of the new RU tier, when Audino was just barely out of KO range from two Bug Buzzes from Choice Specs Yanmega. XD
Looks kinda solid. Somehow, I expected to see Lucario there, since it seems that everyone and their grandma uses it in BW2 playthroughs. XD

I wonder, though: how was your experience using an Audino?
I'd love to hear. I've had quite a bit of luck with IVs myself; just look at this blog!
Critical hits at critical moments. Oy. I've felt the wrath of hundres of those over the years. XD

Yeah, it still exists. There's likely a reason why catch rates never go below 3; to keep the Master Ball working with some form of guarantee. Imagine if something (probably Arceus) had a catch rate of 1; at full health, it would have about a 1-in-3 chance of being caught in a Master Ball.
Ah, the things that get us out of noobdom. XD

Thing is, by some astronomically slim chance, Rayquaza and other pokes with a catch rate of 3 can actually break out of a Master Ball if they're at full health; the chance of catching them like that is 255/256 (roughly 99.6%).
We were all total noobs at one point. I know I was for quite a while. It took Marriland's vids to get me to seriously consider strategy of any kind; before that, the only real thing I had was knowledge of type matchups. XD
I wonder why Muddy Water hasn't been changed like that, too. My best guess? Oversight. In any case, it works to our advantage, I guess. In Doubles and Triples, anyway.
    Dat Rock Slide.

A general note for Durant; they have next to no Special bulk. Even Samurott's Surf would do a hell of a lot to it.
Heh, my Zoroark (well, N's) is Hasty, too! XD

Looking over Ingo and Emmet's teams, I think you'll be fine. I'd recommend leading with Samurott, as it's generally the most reliable against what I see on the 'Pedia. You definitely want Cobalion to face their Klinklang, though; that thing could be trouble otherwise.
The not-Super trains are pretty weak as a whole. Cobalion and two/three other semi-good Pokes could make short work of Ingo/Emmet there.
Well, the 0 IV on HP hurts its bulk a little, but for bulldozing through non-experts, I think it could make for a decent Swords Dancer or something. That Attack IV certainly helps.

Might get ripped apart on Random Matchups, though; there are competitive battlers (or just those with competitive-level skill) roaming there.
