  • All the selectable ones do, however the Abyssal Ruins aren't selectable (at least before the league).
Previous games have hidden map locations before, so with all the new legendary locations I wouldn't be surprised if there are more I haven't unlocked.
Yes. Though unfortunately the only fitting unlisted place I can think that could be a grave would be the Underground Ruins, which are already known to be the Regi chambers.
Araragi: "Zekrom was resurrected from a stone called the Dark Stone. If the meteorite in the story was the same as that stone... on that subject, items from the same era have been discovered at Dragonspiral Tower and the Giant Hole. There's not much proof, and it could just be a coincidence, but it seems we can't ignore it."
Interesting... so I guess we have a plothole or a lying archeologist.

It's probably just Vio rather than Team Plasma, and 'to find out what will happen'.
    Got to Kagome.
As soon as you arrive, Araragi takes you to see an old woman to hear the old story of Kagome about the Giant Hole -- that a meteorite made it, and the meteorite had a Pokemon on it. The nearby area became engulfed in freezing winds, and it ate humans and Pokemon, so Kagome curfews all its residents indoors.
Araragi theorises that a Pokemon that freezes everything around it would have similar power to the lightning storm Zekrom once ravaged Isshu with, and associates the meteorite with being the stone form of another legendary dragon Pokemon, citing that Dragonspiral Tower and Giant Hole come from the same ancient era. Bel also mentions that Cheren told her that -50 degree-temperatures have been recorded in the Giant Hole, just like in the areas the Plasma Frigate has been. Araragi states that it's not much evidence, but it can't be ignored.
Bel asks that if it's a Pokemon so strong, is there a reason why it only appears at night, such that it is weak to the sun, but Araragi can't answer.
She also explains that Kagome comes from "Kakome", encirclement, such as the wall surrounding the town to keep it safe from having the villagers eaten.

Vio also appears, and says he joined Team Plasma to discover more about the world, and wants to find out what will happen if the culture that is 'Monster Balls' is removed.

On a more interesting note, from Pokebeach's live stream:
    - In-game acknowledgement that Kyurem eating people may be inaccurate.
    - Kyurem is what was left over from the Reshiram/Zekrom split, but WPM's wording suggests that its closer to what Shedinja is to Ninjask than simply being the Original Dragons corpse. This would suggest that if the Original Dragon were to exist, it would constitute its own species (like you suggested) and not merely a form of Kyurem.
So Serebii found more people using legendaries in Black Skyscraper, so you're probably not very happy about that. Although he thinks they may be randomized so then the teams aren't really canon.

However, WPM noted an Entei was previously used by an in-game character. Area 9 leader uses an Entei.
Evidently, there are some post-game stuff where you battle the Shadow Triad in Icirrus City and Achroma in the P2 lab. Perhaps he was actually the scientist who made Genesect?
The ghost girl of Wonder Bridge got some backstory in B2W2.
Stranger House is her house, she appears first begging for someone to save her from dark dreams, then when you get the Crescent Moon Feather, she remarks that it's fine to take it, because it arrived too late to save her anyway, so she doesn't need it anymore. She could only wait for someone to notice so she could finally return it to its owner. When you go to where she was in B1W1, you meet Crescelia.
Araragi: "There are two legendary dragon Pokemon in Isshu. But two years ago, they joined up with the trainers they respectively acknowledged as heroes. So Team Plasma shouldn't be able to be using a legendary dragon Pokemon..."
It seems you go to Yamaji Town on a request of Araragi's to accompany her to Souryuu City (Screw Mountain collapsed and is being guarded by Renbu), to ask Shaga about what Vio said in Hodomoe about having one of the dragons.
Unfortunately, looking up the usual honourific word for god (kami-sama) only gives me references to Landorus. And without the honourific (kami), it's painful to check, as kami is used in lots of other words, like kamikudaku, Bite, and nakami, Contents. I'll let you know if I find it though.
N: This place is the place that was my world.
When I was young, I was abandoned deep inside a thick forest. It was the forest Pokemon that raised me...
One day, a man claiming to be my parent appeared in front of me. That's Ghechis.
What he gave me... were the name, Harmonia; much knowledge, as the King; Pokemon whose hearts were shut so tightly, tight enough they would never open; and, this room...
    ......it is outside.
Then interactions with the toys and various stuff.
Yes, I have met them. Vio ordered them to take the player, Cheren, and Hue off the Plasma Frigate in Hodomoe.
Cheren: "Dark Trinity... those superhuman guys with the power to seal people's movements and kidnap them."

Also, it seems the temperature of the Plasma Frigate is -50 degrees.
Pinkhair: Team Plasma is the syndicate created by a man named Ghechis to rule over the Isshu region. For that sake, he used a youngster named N... he was a mysterious boy, said to be the child of Pokemon.
Yellowhair: N was an orphan. For some reason it seems ever since he was born, he never parted from Pokemon. Seeing that behaviour, people thought he was creepy... He lived in the forest together with Hihidharma and Zoroa until Ghechis found him. We too are orphans gathered in order to look after N.
I think it's an event item, such as the Old Sea Map or Eon Ticket.
First, in the Livecast with the player's mother, they say only chosen ones can get in. If there was any sort of choosing going on, I should've found the text when searching for the License, which suggests to me that part of the story is missing, so it would likely be ''told'' in an event, such as a mystery gift saying 'You're a great trainer, chosen to go to this place!' or so.
Also, they like making 'far, far away' regions accessible only by events. The Mew event in Emerald, the Arceus one in HGSS...
Though until something is found for sure I can only guess.
Not offhand, but I'll go back and look after finishing Chargestone.

By the way, you can catch N's Ferroseed and Klink. Instead of saying 'The wild Pokemon', they say 'The wild? Pokemon', and you can't nickname them after catching them.
"Dragons, White and Black and", "Piling Sins and Money", "The Gory Truth", "The Vanished Hero", "The Eternal Dream", "The Pokemon and person, destined to meet"
Except for the last one, pluralisation is a matter of interpretation, so 'Vanished Hero' could be Vanished Heroes.
Those are the closest links I've seen so far.
The BW player apparently left Isshu after BW.

After the Hodomoe Plasma Frigate event, Cheren thinks about what Vio said, that Team Plasma have one of the legendary dragons, and remarks 'But neither Zekrom nor Reshiram should be in Isshu.'
