Yeah i know what you because of work and sometimes lack of interest i sometime taker break from anime, catching up with it later.
Though out of curiosity since you do live in Japan and maybe visit Japanese forums, what is popularity of main characters over there? Someone told me that Dawn, Piplup and Cilan are extremely popular, but when it comes to Misty, Brock, May etc people either don't know them or aren't interested in those characters.
Is that true?
Oh if you find time, i recommend it. Dawn returned and is going to participate in Junior Cup, and not sure if you noticed yet but fandom went crazy around here when it was revealed that Iris is going to catch Dragonite. Storm break loose, you could say lol.
