  • Lolno, I like srs!TRio. The TRio can be funny sometimes, but most of the time they're stale and fall flat. (And the dub makes it even worse.)
A'right. A shorter one will do, though practically you may have 48, possibly 72? It does depend on a lot of my factors, but 24 is the earliest I'm gonna try to get it up. :p I'll try and warn you when the next chapter is primed.

About how long does it take you per chapter?
Quick tidbit/note ~ you may wanna leave comment/review on some of the newer chapters instead of the older ones now. Preferably within the next 24 hours if you can? >_>

    The next one's (2-9) gonna be a bit of a game-changer~
Eh, I am not feeling like reposting them, so check my conversations with Iteru. Short version is that her name is English, she has a lot of English in her dialogue and her color scheme is a lot St. Patrick's Day.

Oh God the reaction of the entire fandom would be glorious if Ash's Gible ends up his ass handed by the most saccharinely cutesy Fairy ever.

Anyways, I should probably start remarathoning the episodes for the first part of the party themes blog post tomorrow.
She is supposedly the first Gym Leader in the game, so her main Pokémon will most likely be Vivillon, which is a bad and good thing at the same time. Good because Vivillon looks terrific and bad because its type sucks. Seriously, after Leavanny and Scolipede, I thought Game Freak would keep making great early Bug-type Pokémon. Vivillon could perfectly be a Bug/Fairy 'mon. I hope Game Freak surprise us in regards of the Fairy-type GL, right now I can only think of two likely possibilities: An young girly girl dressed in all Pink or a very effeminate guy also dressed in shades of Pink. I really want to be wrong, because I am liking the Fairy-type a lot so far (I guess you aren't, since it is strong against Dragons?) and I want a bad ass GL to represent the type. Also, it would be great to have the goddamned Dark-type GL, just for people shut up about the subject already.

I am like you, I am able to appreciate Scolipede even if I am terrified by scolopendras in real life, but unfortunately not everyone think like that, the main reason dog and cat-like Pokémon are so popular, I think? And yes, you can.

By odd I mean Pokémon that don't look remotely like real life animals. That is probably the reason I like Pokémon of the Bug, Ghost and Grass types. Some few examples of Pokémon that I like and consider odd are Scraggy, Meloetta, Gengar, Cofagrigus, Leavanny, Roselia and the recently revealed Furabebe and perhaps Noivern as well. You know, it just feels boring to me to have a Herdier or Growlithe in my team when I have my absurdly cute real life dog sleeping on my lap.

Is there any particular reason you like Dragon-types? Perhaps because they are often very strong or because of the myths involving them in "real life"? Also, color me surprised, I thought Dragon was your favorite type, but your bio tells me otherwise.
I wouldn't mind some gratuitous Spanish (or Portuguese, since it is my native language) in the anime (or in the games or in both). I actually appreciate Cilan's "Engrish" :) Talking about Gym Leaders, any thoughts on Viola (the Kalos Bug-type specialist)? I am loving the idea of a female leader specialist on the said type, since it goes against the idea of all females being afraid of insects. It is kinda like Burgh being an artist/painter and specializing and creatures considered as ugly and disgusting in real life.

I have no idea what Callum is supposed to mean or where this name comes from, but Serena is a common name here as well. As of Xavier, well... Xavier, DNA, X-men... I honestly hope this isn't the reason they gave this name to the male protagonist. >_> Yeah, I love Alder's team just for the oddness of it, one wouldn't expect a Champion to be using the Pokémon he uses. It doesn't help that I am very fond of some of the oddest Pokémon in existence :p

Even when he was excited, he was still thinking strategically, you can see that in his battle against Nando. I really liked that version of Ash and I hope this personality comes back the X&Y anime. Ah, I don't see how the Pokémon anime would work without him, unless the writers decide to finish the current series and start and brand new one.
I actually never met a girl named Sana, but Yvonne and Xavier are somewhat common names where I live.

I don't really think is silly, you have no idea how excited I was when Disney created Princess Diana or when Iris was revealed as the champion in Unova, the first black Disney princess and the second female AND first dark-skinned champion in the series. Alder as the champion was something I really liked as well, because he isn't a bishonen/bishojo like most major characters in the Pokémon series, plus he is quite old and I am very fond of old people. He is also some sort of Bug-type specialist and I was quite crazy for the type back in 2010.

Yeah, I did read PokéSpe and I love the personalities of the player characters in there, specially Crystal, Sapphire and Diamond's. Plus, PokéSpe Red is best Red and Green isn't as annoying and stupid as he is in the games (Or as Gary, for that matter). You know, I was surprised with White's personality in PokéSpe, her game version didn't really seem to be the girly girl kind (based on her looks only), but that just show us that we can't judge a character by their designs. On the subject of the manga adaptation, I really wish Game Freak used Blue's original/PokéSpe design in Fire Red and Leaf Green. Damn, now I want to re-read the series.

It depends of which Ash you are talking about, because he is only one and various characters at the same time. I like OG!Ash a bit, even if he was a huge noob back in the day (justified since he was a rookie), AG!Ash was nice because he used to act more maturely and think more strategically when battling and BW!Ash is probably the funniest "incarnation" of the character, but I really hate how he battles, specially in his battles against Elesa and Cameron. Do you remember how serious and concentrated he was when he battled most GLs and Paul in D&P? [...]
...You sent me two messages and I completely overlooked the first one. Give me a time to reply to the other.
I completely forgot about Dahlia, but yes, I can see the resemblance. Now I want to see Sana speaking Spanish or Portuguese words in the game, but that is so not happening :( No reason to be offended, Latin people are known for dancing and I am quite proud of it. Dancing is awesome :] lol. You got me curious here, what you know about the Striaton bros, Burgh and Drayden?

Lastly, are you using this Buttefree avatar to annoy the people that wanted to see Ash's Buttefree coming back?
    Check my "to-do list".

Not to mention she is heavily implied to be British(not sure whether she is supposed to be English, Scottish or Irish, English seems to be the more plasubile one), which is where most fairies come from. So obviously she will go on and on how Fairies were creatures of awe and fear in Celtic mythology and how most knight errand stories had fairies assist righteous crusaders in their holy war, only for Burgundy and Bianca to interrupt her lecture by stating how they important in Brittany and Slavic countries respectively.

Joking aside, I will love Best Wishes Season 2 Da! forever if it ends on main gang losing to FAIRIES.
Yeah, creating a black princess was really nice of Disney, not only a black one, but also Mulan, Pocahontas and other princesses representing specific minorities. That is one of the reasons I respect the company. Also, is there any official information about Sana being based on Latin Americans or are we jumping to conclusions here? Also², are you black? I suppose you are since your cousin is, but well, perhaps you aren't. Just curiosity of my part, feel free to ignore the question if it bothers you. I am actually hoping to see Sana as a rival in the X&Y anime, but if she is really Ash's new companion, I hope the writers at least make her not overly girly like Dawn, but also not overly tomboyish like Misty and Iris, perhaps she could be the "second" May?

Apple sure are dangerous weapons. I suppose that will serve as fodder for more hate towards the character, uh? Or maybe the opposite, some people would really love to see Ash dying. lol
I don't mind if you use my screenshot, you don't even have to credit it. but when you use the same quote as me, i feel like a bit of me has been taken away from me. i think that forming your own opinions is better.
Yes, I am. I live in South America.

Yeah, I do know who he is, but I never talked to him. True, I don't usually post on the anime sub-forum because of the excessive hate for Iris and Best Wishes (although I myself only like the first half of the series), but seeing people overly hating something or someone always bother me. To be honest, the only times I look the said sub-forum is when I see your posts on the Activity log on my profile page.
