  • ...I guess I vote yay.

That character, btw, is Iori Yagami, from the King of Fighters series.
:-D I hope a dedicated fan could incorporate Daz into a fighting game-engine like M.U.G.E.N.

    ...That's '*ProtonJon-style*'. Or even '*HCBailly-style*'.

It's meant to intimidate them, in Daz's usual style.
*beam* Tendjewberrymud. Mind you, the 'Fist of Remaining Regrets' HC was taken from the Hokuto no Ken fighting game, where it was one of Kenshiro's special moves.

    :-| Srsly?
...Huh. Would you mind if I told you more about the Hyper Combos I thought up for Daz?
OH, and the Special Attack acts as a launching attack on the ground, and a spiking attack in the air. There's also techniques such as the Advancing Guard, which pushes an attacking opponent away from you, and the Cross Counter, where one of your other fighters counters an opponent's attack.

...And I'm so sorry for going on like this. I may seem like a nerd, but I'm not; I'm just very knowledgeable.
May I also mention that Phoenix Wright has the most damaging Hyper Combo in UMvC3? It's his Level 5 HC, Ace Attorney, only usable in Turnabout Mode, which Wright goes into when he collects 3 pieces of good evidence and connects with an 'Objection!' (which, in this game, is labelled as 'Bridge to the Turnabout', also the name of the final case in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations).
I admit, you have to move the joystick sorta quick, and the game places a heavy emphasis on building combos, but I assume it's easy to get into.
Believe me, it's not once you get into it. And the HC input commands tend to to be similar among characters, with joystick movements such as Quarter-Circle Forwards or Backwards, or a Shoryuken-type movement (Forward, Down, Down-Forward).
    Hrm.

Basically, there are 5 Hyper bars you can build up by landing or taking attacks, and there are about 8 buttons: Light Attack, Medium Attack, Heavy Attack, Special Attack, 2 buttons for switching characters, and 2 buttons for assist attacks (which you set before the fight). You push the joystick in three directions and hit two attack buttons (eg. Heavy and Special) to execute a Hyper Combo, and the amount of Hyper bars it consumes depends on the Hyper Combo. So when I say Level 3, I mean that it would consume 3 bars.
    Y YUSH.

(Say how many thugs are in there; around six.)

And apropos of nothing: if Daz was in an Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3-style fighting game, his Rapid-Fire Fisticuffs move would be a Level 3 Hyper, with the input command of Forward, Back, Forward+Hyper (2 attack buttons at once).
