I haven't been to Serebii's forums, but it seems that page is much more famous than Bulbagarden/pedia (although I must admit I don't know why, Bulbapedia and Bulbanews are a lot more objective with their info and have more reliable sources), so I think its users ar proud of it and so they are arrogant towards other people. But's just a supposition.
