Yeah. it gets easier later, though. Becuase then, you can have your partner help you find stuff.
Apprently in LiB1, the female character, named Skye, was a useless lump of flesh. She lost her glasses and thus is of no use to you, yet you still need to make sure she's warm and fed.
She'd probably give up on trying to build a fire and make her characters die slowly due to lack of rest.
[reading the following paragraph not required]
When your energy meter falls to zero, your overall HP will begin to drop. To refil the meter, you need to sleep. But if you want to sleep, you need to have a fire going and have your hunger and thirst meters at 20% or higher. But to get a fire going, you need to find a twig and a piece of tree bark. Then you have to do a little minigame where you rub the stick into the bark. But to fill your hunger meter up enough that you can be able to explore the island a bit, you need to find better food. But to find better food, you need to spear some fish. But to spear some fish, you need a spear. To make a spear, you need a stick. But to get the stick, you have to climb up the ledges and find it under a tree.
I mean, if you like the fighting portion of video games, what you really like doing is assembling strategies, movesets, fighting teams, and so on. But Tai doesn't give a sh*t about any of that.
And if it doesn't have fighting, don't expect her to play it for much longer than an hour.
But Takeshi doesn't have his failcannon anymore! ;_;
But seriously, though. Tai only cares about a video game if it has fighting in it. But then when she gets to the fighting parts, she just mashes the buttons. It just perplexes me how anyone can find button mashing enjoyable! If that really is all she cares about, then WHY IS SHE EVEN PLAYING VIDEO GAMES IN THE FIRST PLACE?!!?!
