Somewhat. Every cashier is supposed to get 5 warranties a day (along with 3 charge cards, but we don't focus on those as much.) They can be offered on anything that has moving parts or is electrical, minus clothing. Still, just because you offer it doesn't mean people will take it. I feel like a sleazy car salesperson sometimes. D:
Probably because not every cashier made their quota on warranties. Plus managing customer service and what not can be stressing. She's a really nice person, but everyone has a bad day once in awhile.
Good, because I don't have to go to work until noon tomorrow. Yay for sleeping in!
It was good, since I got sent to the hardware department to help stock stuff all day. No worrying about warranties. I came back to the registers about 15 minutes before I had to leave though. The floor manager was kinda in a foul mood, but whatever, I only had to deal with it for 15 minutes.
