Well Chompy has particular issues with fairy types, ice types and water types (cause they often carry ice moves), so a Pokemon that can handle those would be nice. A bulky water or steel type could be good for that.
Why? Because Earthquake hits the partner? Sure, it hurts them if they're grounded or don't use Protect (which an AI wouldn't do), but hitting both opponents is a pretty big advantage. Sometimes it might be worth it to hurt your partner. Also, Noivern doesn't take damage from it.
even then it's not like it hits that hard and even at +1 it's not that fast
I don't think Trevs is a gr8 choice for doubles, stalling is more its thing and it does it better in singles. Hmm. What about...Garchomp? And if you want to use Diggersby I can give you a spare.
I don't really like the idea of Assault Vest Gourgeist in the first place, it has some good status moves it could be using and it's not really an offensive Pokemon. Like Will-o-wisp, Leech Seed, Pain Split (usability depends on size)...that's mostly it, tbh, but all those are pretty good.
How useful is the partner AI in multi? I haven't done it yet...
A grass type would be useful for rock and electric types that post a particular threat to Charizard Y. Though, it has issues with opposing fire-types too, and grass wouldn't exactly help with that. I guess a ground type would be better. Rhyperior or Krookodile seem like the best options for a ground-type.
I suppose it did
but zekrom's color scheme >>> charizard's regular color scheme
that's the main reason why I prefer it to the other two
well, that and jaw flames and shoulder spikes
