Hitmonchan here. It seemed like it had the coolest design of them. Hitmontop is neat too, but Hitmonchan has always been the one I'd go to.

Hitmontop because it is sort of cute and way better than Hitmonlee at least. Hitmonchan is okayish.

Mine is Hitmontop, and there's two reasons.
The first is a nostalgic one. When I was a kid, I had a bunch of bootleg Pokémon toys from some gachapon machines. A lot of them were off-model or had the wrong colors, but the Hitmontop looked great, it was by far the best one, so it was my favorite amongst them.
The second one is that as far as I know it's the only Pokémon based on something from my country. It is a capoeirista, someone who practices capoeira, a brazilian martial art. That is really cool.
Both of these reasons combined make Hitmontop one of my favorite Pokémon.

When I was really young I wanted to get Hitmonlee on my bank card. It wasn't even like my favourite Pokemon or anything. Anyway;

uh.... Hitmonlee and Hitmontop.
Ultimately, none of the Hitmons ever ended up particularly memorable for me; I used to regard these two as low-key favorites, but that just faded away.
On a side note, Hitmontop's idle animation since X/Y is crap. It straight up ruins the entire gimmick of it being upside down and balancing itself on its horn like a top; thereby meaning its one of those Pokemon that were hurt by the transition to Gen 6, uh, oopsies.

1.Hitmontop: It's the cutest of the group.
2.Hitmonlee: It has a cool design, I like the extendable arms and legs.
3.Hitmonchan: I don't hate it but I don't like its design.
4.Tyrogue: It's the first stage and therefore the most simple.
