The Situation Room 4.0: A Mafia situation

Wasn't there also a glitch in Sonic 2006 that makes the credits play at an early part? I remember something like that from a glitch exhibition.
Yeah, think I remember watching that glitch on a video at some point, Sonic 06 is such a broken game, think my favourite glitch in that game is the one with the floating crates :D

RPG speedruns are a little less fun to watch in my opinion because RNG and luck kinda take away from the skill.

Take Pokemon Red for example. So many runners are forced to restart after the first 7 minutes if they don't get the right Nidoran, and if they die at all the run is dead. There's no talent either it's just menuing the entire time. If there's talent anywhere it's in the routers who create the optimal routes for the runners.
there are a lot of non RNG speedruns, dragon quest 2 locks the RNG seed until endgame, and some games manipulate it like most fire emblem runs, some just don't have it entirely like final fantasy 15.

Anyone willing to take control of my Persona 3 Mafia game and have me as an informed advisor?
I don't think anyone is likely to do that.

What would work best is for you to be the host of that mafia game, and take on an experienced host as cohost. They can guide you on how to set up and run the game.

3 more to go! Come on in!

An era ends
So, I've decided that Chaos Mafia is going to be the last game that I host, and that I'm pretty much going to retire completely from TWR both as a player and a host. (If properly bribed, I may be inclined to return as a guest FT writer every once in a while.)

My reasoning is simple. Life has been extremely busy for me the past couple of years. I keep saying: "okay when x is over, I'm going to have more free time." But, either x takes longer than was anticipated, or something else comes along to occupy my time.
Generation Four Mafia and Chaos Mafia V have both proven that I do not have the time or the attention span to host anymore, and, if I can't host, I certainly wouldn't be able to bring my "A" game when playing mafia. When I host and when I play, I put my heart and soul into those games, and I promised that I would never deliver a subpar product. I'd like to think that I've kept that promise, but it is going to be difficult to maintain that high level of quality moving forward, and it just wouldn't feel right for me to not host or play to the best of my capabilities.

Furthermore, I am a full Project Head for Bulbagarden, being in charge of Bulbagarden's YouTube and Twitch channels, and I've been a bit of a lackluster Project Head overall. What time I have available for Bulbagarden, I should focus on my project.

This was a tough decision to make, especially since I've enjoyed my time here and I've had a lot of fun playing and hosting mafia games. I will always have a lot of fond memories from my time here, and I will also rest easier knowing that, during my time here as a regular user, a sectional staff member, and then the section head, I've managed to help shape the direction this section has gone in and that my influence will continue to shape this section's future for years to come.

There is always more that I wish I had been able to do, but, on that note, I am extremely glad that the mentoring program has been rebooted once again, and I hope there are many new players and new faces around The War Room as a result.

And so, as I leave, and an era ends, I wish you all well, and that you all continue to help make this one of the greatest sections on Bulbagarden forums.

I can totally understand your situation and I respect your decision. Know that you definitely had an impact here in TWR, and still will, for both the section as a whole and me personally.
It was great playing and working with you.

But know that with you leaving there will be no one left to kill me. I will be unstoppable!

I definitely understand your reasoning, but I find this depressing. I hate losing people, and you're one of the pillars of TWR.

But know that with you leaving there will be no one left to kill me. I will be unstoppable!

Come on, everyone. We need to work together in ME's absence to stop Darth!
