Wynaut and Wobbuffet have the ability Shadow Tag, which prevents switching.

They also have BEASTLY hit points, so they can take lots of hits.
Also, all they have to do is use Mirror Coat or Counter, which deals double the damage taken, on special and physical attacks respectively.

There's no skill involved, and they can wipe out half a team, basically =/
