There's an option in the GTS that says deposit pokemon. You can store your shiny Mudkip in there and select seek pokemon but only pokemon you have seen, so select Cyndaquil and then it'll be sent into storage. JUst check a bit later and then you'll get my shiny Cyndaquil

just put the shining Mudkip in trade storage and I'll send over my baby shiny Cyndaquil
