No - I was just talking about anyone in general. Like say we get an ad/spam bot in the middle of the night when no one is on; but they're another 'sigbot.' We wouldn't be able to know their IP, seeing as they generally don't come back on, so we wouldn't be able to ban its IP.
Well, it's been better than usual lately. However, the head left for a while (until Easter-ish). But I do have one problem with it - say you think someone is sock-puppeting/evading a ban. You wouldn't be able to know unless they were online at that time, as that's the only way to view IPs for some reason.
I'm not blaming him. Still, after the incident, it kinda became policy to try and make sure that you didn't know about the site. Anyways, mimic can now come back, but you CANNOT use his account.
Also, if mimic was let back on, his ability to be on the site would be related to your behavior. Another incident like yesterday and he would be banned again. If you think you can behave, I will attempt to get mimic back on the site.
